1. Overview

At MCRE8O (https://mcre8o.in), we prioritize transparency and fairness in all campaign transactions. This policy outlines the terms governing wallet balance top-ups, campaign cancellations, escrow refunds, and processing timelines via our payment processing partner Cashfree Payments.

2. Campaign Cancellations & Escrow Funds

Brand campaign funds are held in escrow until content deliverable milestone verification:

Cancellation Before Creator Acceptance: If a brand cancels a campaign before a creator accepts the participation agreement, 100% of the allocated escrow budget is immediately credited back to the brand's platform wallet.
Cancellation During Work-in-Progress: If a campaign is cancelled after creator acceptance but prior to final deliverable submission, refund amounts are determined based on contract milestone completion or formal dispute resolution.
Completed & Approved Campaigns: Once a campaign deliverable has been reviewed, approved, and published by the creator, escrow funds released for payout are non-refundable.

3. Wallet Top-Up Refunds

Unallocated funds held in a brand's MCRE8O wallet balance may be requested for refund back to the original source account:

Refund requests for unused wallet balances must be submitted in writing to admin@mcre8o.in.
Refund requests are processed within 2 to 3 business days of receipt and verification.

4. Refund Mode & Processing Timeframe

Cashfree Payment Gateway Refund Process:

Approved refunds are processed through our primary payment partner Cashfree Payments directly back to the original payment method used during checkout (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).

• Standard Refund Timeline: 5 to 7 business days from approval date for funds to reflect in your bank account or card statement.
