• Payment & Financial Information: Bank account details, GSTIN, PAN, and transaction metadata required for payout settlement and Cashfree Payment Gateway processing. (We do not store raw credit/debit card numbers or net banking passwords).
• Social & Analytics Data: Connected YouTube and Instagram channel metrics, authorized via official Meta Graph API and Google OAuth integrations.
• Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, device information, and session logs for security and fraud prevention.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed strictly for legitimate business purposes:

• To provision and maintain brand accounts, creator profiles, and campaign tracking.
• To facilitate secure payment processing, escrow hold, and creator payouts via payment partners including Cashfree Payments.
• To perform AI-driven quantitative and qualitative analytics on creator content.
• To verify GST compliance, KYC compliance, and legal contracts between brands and creators.
• To communicate platform updates, transaction receipts, and customer support responses.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers strictly to perform platform operations:

• Payment Gateways: Cashfree Payments (Cashfree Payments India Private Limited) for processing top-ups, payouts, and webhooks securely.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for encrypted storage and serverless computing in India data centers.
• Legal Compliance: When mandated by applicable Indian laws, judicial proceedings, or legal authorities.

5. Data Security & Retention

MCRE8O implements AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, strict RBAC permissions, and automated threat monitoring. We retain user data for as long as your account remains active or as required to meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations under Indian law.

6. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You have the right to inspect, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Data deletion requests can be initiated from your account settings or by emailing our Privacy Officer at admin@mcre8o.in or visiting mcre8o.in/data-deletion.
