1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Brand", or "Creator") and MAYACRE8O SYSTEMS ("MCRE8O", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the platform at https://mcre8o.in and related applications. By accessing or using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Description of Services

MCRE8O provides an enterprise influencer marketing platform enabling corporate brands and marketing agencies to discover content creators, analyze audience metrics, manage marketing campaigns, execute electronic sponsorship contracts, and handle secure escrow payments.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

To access features of the platform, you must register for an account using a corporate email address or authorized social login.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration and business information.
  • Brands must submit valid GSTIN and business registration details for billing verification.

4. Payment Terms & Escrow Infrastructure

All financial transactions, wallet top-ups, and creator settlements on https://mcre8o.in are processed securely via Cashfree Payment Gateway (Cashfree Payments India Private Limited):

  • Campaign Escrow: Brands fund campaign budgets prior to creator execution. Funds are held in escrow and released to creators upon verified deliverable approval.
  • Fees & Taxes: All platform service fees, GST (18%), and applicable statutory deductions are displayed prior to payment authorization.
  • Currency: All transactions are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform software, algorithms, trademarks, UI design, and logos are the exclusive property of MAYACRE8O SYSTEMS. Deliverable rights transfer from content creators to brands strictly in accordance with the specific campaign contract signed between the parties.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAYACRE8O SYSTEMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
